So you can afford to get an attractive high quality tile because you don’t need as much. When a lot of your fixed costs are reduced like wall sheeting and tiling quantity, there is more $$ remaining for the finishing products that can really make the difference.

Clean simple design can scream quality and sophistication despite the overall space being small. Small space but with big results can definitely be achieved. If you’re on a really tight budget and are not too concerned with flashy tap wear and flawless designer bathtubs, you can opt not to lash out on the plumbing fixtures. There are a lot of companies these days replicating high end expensive fixtures for a third of the price, that a lot of people cannot even tell the difference. So that’s again more money in your pocket at the end of the day. And for those that have always dreamed of that designer luxurious bathroom we see in magazines and have the budget to suit, but have a small space, you can still achieve it.
